Vision Board and 75 ways to draw more by Michael Nobbs

visionboardweb

The beginning of January was extraordinary for me!

I spent the last week of December making my vision board, formulating what I want to achieve in 2010 and sticking up pictures of my aims on my wall. I even noted down on my sketchbook four things to do every day.

As a result: I didn’t do any of these four things! I didn’t do anything! I spent January in bed resting…
I was trying to accept my tiredness, telling myself “if it is there, it is for a reason”, it is cold, it is even snowing! But I still couldn’t understand it: I’m young and hungry for life!! Why wanting to stay in bed? WHY? WHY? WHY?

Well, I think I asked for so many things in 2010 that I had to rest: every cell of my body is programing itself again towards the new me.

And I heard that I’m not the only one to have had that huge need to rest!

Now that the wolf is going out again from its den, I want to share an article written by a genius artist called Michael Nobbs. It might help you dig the artist within out of your body!

The article is simply called 75 ways to draw more

Enjoy! I’ll go and draw my hand (number 61)

Lots of love, rest and joy!

Juliette
